I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2006 and life hasn’t been the same since……… However, life goes on and live l must no matter what tomorrow may bring because l know my God hasn’t given up on me. I want to reach out to every endo sufferer out there; there may be pain in the night but joy comes in the morning. Never give up or give in; as long as there’s life, there is hope.

DisclaimerI'm not a doctor or nutritionist; l don't even play one on TV. The purpose of this blog is to share my experiences, encourage awareness of endometriosis and provide a support forum for African sisters suffering from this terrible disease. Please seek help in diagnosing and treating endometriosis (preferably with someone with an MD after their name! ) It's also equally important to seek professional help before embarking on a dietary plan. Thank you.
