Heartfelt apology from me to you…..

Hi everyone! It’s been quite a while and l must apologise for my absence. Due to the recent promotion l mentioned in a previous post, l’ve been working even longer hours! There are days when l don’t get home until 9.30pm. My weekends are even busier with household chores and family quality time. Pls accept my sincerest apologies and l hope l can dedicate more time to the blog as soon as l settle down in my new role.

I must add however that l simply love my new position. It’s extremely fast paced and tiring but the satisfaction l derive from it every day makes it all worthwhile. I thank God for his Grace because l never thought l would be in such a position where l can put in my best without experiencing pain and discomfort due to endo. I used to read endo forums where countless women have given up careers due to this disease and l would cry out to God, rejecting it as my portion in life. He has indeed blessed me and l can’t help but give Him the glory everyday. Thank you, Jesus for Your Favours and Mercies.

Thanks for reading.

Hi, I myself have been researching endo cures.
I am trying serrapeptase and am going to start castor oil packs. Have you tried castor oil?
I would strongly recommend this book: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Perfect-Health-Diet-Regain-Weight/dp/1922247014/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1409833153&sr=8-1&keywords=perfect+health+diet
“Perfect Health diet” by Paul Jaminet.
He has a blog and from reading this post and comments I have realised he is a devout Christian.
His wife had/has endometriosis and just gave birth to their baby last week (in her 40s I think)! 🙂 http://perfecthealthdiet.com/2014/08/hello-luke/

Paul and his wife are scientists who did many years of research on nutrition to heal their own health problems that medicine couldn’t cure. The diet is based on science, tradition, breast milk composition…and it is also about lifestyle: circadian rythms, fasting etc…

Please read the book. I recommend it to anyone with any health problems.

You may want to learn about MTHFR. There is a connection with this common gene defect and endometriosis I have discovered on Dr Lynch’s website. I think it’s to do with a defect in your detox ability. Great site anyway.
